Are you a customer service driven professional with a can-do attitude and seeking your next exciting opportunity?

If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you!

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, the ability to work autonomously, excellent attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Duties for this Customer Support role include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all business customers via telephone and email.
  • Liaising with other internal departments including Transport, Warehouse and Purchasing.
  • Order processing and returning quotes and orders to customers.
  • Answer general queries and complaints from customers prior to escalating.
  • Supporting the Sales Team in achieving sales targets.

To be considered you will have/be:

  • Previous customer service experience (construction industry experience desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with solid understanding of all MS packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven and reliable.
