I am seeking a driven and ambitious Administrator to support a team of 4 Sales Professionals in the Financial Services Industry. You will be the glue that holds the team together providing key administrative support when the sales team are on the road as well as ensuring their deals are sent in a timely manner to the in-house underwriting team.

Duties will include:

  • Handling all incoming calls to the Sales team, transferring to relevant sales professional or supporting in their absence
  • Liaising with Sales teams whilst they are on the road and supporting them by sending terms of business, loan information and updates to Brokers on their behalf
  • Tracking all potential deals on a spreadsheet and chasing team and brokers for updates
  • Supporting clients and brokers to complete all relevant documentation to progress loan deals to underwriting team

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with previous experience in a deadline focussed Admin role. A background in financial services would be great but equally the compliance/ industry knowledge can be trained. Key skills needed:

  • Proven experience in a deadline focussed role
  • Strong admin skills including good Excel
  • Clear communicator
