Warehouse Administrator // Dartford // Temp to Perm // £26-27,000 per annumMy client, a leader in luxury products for high spec interiors, are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join them on a full-time temporary basis, however it will go permanent after a few weeks. Within this role you will offer general administrative support to the Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels and stock movements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and update reports, including stock levels, shipment tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks as needed
Experience and Expertise:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
