Achieve Professionals are recruiting an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a specialist family law firm in Gravesend specialising in divorce, wills and probate.

Position: Private Client Solicitor

Location: Gravesend, Kent

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 dependent upon experience

Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive with 5 years experience. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation on a range of matters, including wills and probate, inheritance tax planning, trusts, and powers of attorney. You will also manage client relationships, prepare legal documentation, and attend court proceedings.

Job Specification

  • Expertise in Private Client Law, including Wills and Probate and Estate Planning
  • Experience in managing client relationships and providing legal representation and advice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, and a valid Legal Practice Certificate.
