GP Practice group seeking a full time Pharmacy Technician to assist and support the Pharmacist.They client would like to recruit Pharmacy Technician to work in their PCNs covering Gravesend and Bexley. They have a dynamic team of 6 partners, working across our practices. Locally, they discovered that having pharmacists embedded in one or two practices is best for patients and you - but also being part of a wider team across our Federation for support, swapping ideas and clinical supervision makes it even better.

Key Duties

The post holder will provide primary support to the practice medicine teams and other practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries. They will help support the repeat prescriptions system, deal with acute prescription request, queries and medicines reconciliation on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patient in the GP practice.
