Our client is an established FM Service Provider with a variety of contracts UK wide. It is looking for a Contract Compliance Coordinator in the South East of England. You will ideally be based in Kent / Essex.
As the Contract Compliance Coordinator, you will report into a Senior Operations Manager and support him in monitoring the KPIs across multiple contracts across the South East of England.You will liaise with Site Managers on a regular basis to ensure compliance is being met in accordance with the contracts which mainly fall under the PFI scheme.
The successful Contract Compliance Coordinatormust have good knowledge of Facilities Management, PFI, and have excellent attention to detail. You must be able to work well under pressure and by yourself at times. The role will also involve travel.
£45,000 basic salary
