Sonic Summary

This part-time temporary opportunity is for a receptionist who will be the face of the company for visitors.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining the reception area.
The position requires prior experience in a reception role and offers a salary of £22.5 per hour.
Training will take place on October 10th and 11th, with varying hours throughout the month.
Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 22.5 hours per week.

Our client is seeking a part-time receptionist to carry out the following duties:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Booking meeting rooms
Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy
Taking inbound calls and transferring as appropriate
Ordering and keeping stationery levels as required
Dealing with the post
Recording holiday
General administration including helping with mail outs for internal departments

Hours: Training: Thursday 10th & Friday 11th October - 8 am - 6 pm

W/C 14th October:

Mornings: - 8 am - 1 pm (expect Wednesday 16th October when required 1 pm - 6 pm)

W/C 21st October: -

Afternoons:- 1 pm - 6 pm. 22.5 per week
