The Person:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
  • Property related degree (RICS)

The Job:

  • Conduct site inspections, prepare inspection notes and measure facilities
  • Assist with the preparation of basic valuations, property reports etc..
  • Maintain and organise accurate and up to date records
  • Support budgeting, rental reviews and billing processes
