Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word

The Job:

Conduct site inspections, prepare inspection notes and measure facilities
Assist with the preparation of basic valuations, property reports etc..
Maintain and organise accurate and up to date records
Support budgeting, rental reviews and billing processes
