Ongoing project, long term for the right person
Must have CSCS (Gold ideally), own set of tools & PPE
Must have DBS or willing to do one.
There's no parking on site, but there's a parking close to site (Shopping centre parking)

Installing and maintaining water systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
Repairing leaks, blockages, or water pressure issues.
Inspecting and ensuring proper functioning of drainage systems.
Fitting new appliances or plumbing fixtures in bathrooms or kitchens.
Conducting safety checks to ensure compliance with local building regulations.
