Job Title: Finance Officer

Salary: £13.90 to £15.10 per hour (depending on experience)

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Grays, who are looking to appoint a Finance Officer. This setting is dedicated to providing an excellent educational environment for its students and is committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.
The school is seeking to hire a Finance Officer on a temporary basis, with the potential for the position to be extended based on performance and school needs. The successful applicant will be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring the financial operations of the school run smoothly.
The successful Finance Officer will have:
- Previous experience in a finance-related role (experience within a school is a plus)
- Familiarity with financial management and reporting procedures
- Strong proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
