An amazing opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager looking to make their next step within fashion retail. Working within the store senior team, you will possess strong product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, and have great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Driving forward sales with KPI experience
  • Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Support Office
  • Actively encourage standards of excellence in customer service
  • Managing store performance and taking action where needed
  • Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates
  • Ensuring store is in line with the brand’s VM guidelines
  • Providing cover in the Store Manager’s absence

Requirements

  • Experience in women’s fashion, management and supervisory experience in a larger retailer
  • Customer service focused
  • Flexible, adaptable and a team player
  • Strong management experience
  • Keen to learn new skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to recruit and train a team
