Responsibilities

Driving forward sales with KPI experience
Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Support Office
Actively encourage standards of excellence in customer service
Managing store performance and taking action where needed
Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates
Ensuring store is in line with the brand’s VM guidelines
Providing cover in the Store Manager’s absence

Requirements

Experience in women’s fashion, management and supervisory experience in a larger retailer
Customer service focused
Flexible, adaptable and a team player
Strong management experience
Keen to learn new skills and ability to multitask
Ability to recruit and train a team
