Our client, a Market Leading Property Management organisation, are currently on the search for a Cleaning Supervisor/ Team Leader to oversee the Environmental Services on their large public building in Grays, Essex.
The role of the Cleaning Supervisor is to take responsibility for setting the standard and leading the team to deliver an exceptionally high professional standard of service. You will have direct line management responsibility for a large-scale multifunctional team, whilst also working alongside them in their day-to-day duties.
To be successful in this role you should be able to organise, lead, motivate and manage shift cleaning teams to provide an exemplary standard of cleaning to our facilities including mall areas, customer rest rooms, waste and car parking facilities. Demonstrate the ability to support operational management with shift rotas, staff development, training, stock, and materials management and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with compliance to health and safety and auditory bodies.Â
Please note that this is a full time permanent position. 40 hours per week (Rolling shifts - 4 on 4 off) 12hr shifts including 2 x 1hr breaks (unpaid). Shifts are either early (5am - 5pm) or late (10am - 10pm).
