Our client is a leading leisure trust, which operates Leisure facilities in Essex. They are currently looking to recruit a part time Membership/Collections Administrator to join their team. The role is a part time role 20 hours per week. The position is 5 days a week Monday to Friday and will encompass a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.

As a Membership/Collections Administrator for Impulse Leisure, ideally you will have previous experience working with direct debit, standing order, BACS system or data entry and you’ll be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, timekeeping, interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.

The role will include ensuring the membership database is maintained accurately and BACS collections are completely within the relevant timescales. We are looking for individuals who can provide an efficient and effective first point of contact for membership account related queries.
