IT Support (2nd Line to 3rd Line) £40,000 - £45,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Progression + Overtime + Bonus Grays, Essex

Are you 2nd Line IT Support looking to progress your career and become a technical expert 3rd Line Support Engineer for a rapidly growing MSP?

Do you want the responsibility of a senior position with the promise of further progression and enhanced renumeration?

This company are a managed service provider and part of a large conglomerate of construction and engineering companies. They work out of the groups head office in Grays and currently have 15 employees with an extension planned to the office in the coming months to facilitate further growth.In this office based role you will working to resolve complex tickets around Microsoft packages (Azure, 365) and cyber security as well as working on implementing complex projects with external partners who specialise in machine learning and application integration. You will be supporting and demonstrating your knowledge to 2nd line staff, reporting to the IT manager.This role would suit a 2nd Line Support technician from an MSP background looking to step up with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AzureThe Role:

  • Solve and troubleshoot difficult incidents escalated from the support team
  • Utilising Data Migration tools to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure
  • Partner with external specialists on complex projects that utilise IoT, ML and AI solutions
  • Working from a Grays based head office
