Carrington West are pleased to be working with a dynamic private company that specialises in developing and expanding holiday parks across England, Scotland, and Wales. With a focus on creating memorable leisure experiences, they are dedicated to offering innovative and sustainable solutions for their clients. The office, located in West Thurrock, Essex, is home to a small, close-knit team of professionals passionate about what they do.

We are looking for a Town Planner to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career, eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of town planning with a focus on holiday park development.

Key Responsibilities:
路Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications for new and existing holiday park developments.
路Conduct research and analysis on local and national planning policies and regulations.
路Support senior planners with site appraisals and feasibility studies.
路Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth planning processes.
路Contribute to the design and implementation of sustainable development strategies.

What We're Looking For:
路A relevant degree in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Geography, or a related field.
路A passion for the leisure and tourism sector, with an interest in holiday park development.
路Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
路Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive environment.
路Some knowledge of UK planning regulations would be advantageous, though not essential.
