Looking for an experienced Resident Liaison officer to join a leading Property Services Company based in Thurrock.

Offering a competitive salary of 33,000 +fuel card and benefits

  • You will be working on a Planned maintenance project covering Thurrock.
  • Deliver the best quality service, you'll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.

Requirements:

  • We ask that you have previous experience within a similar role or industry
  • Are happy to travel around service area
  • Have a full UK driving licence (1 year)
  • Own vehicle needed
