We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Behaviour Coach to join our secondary schools in Grays starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sports Behaviour Coach to make a meaningful impact on students' behaviour, well-being, and engagement through sports and physical activity.


As a Sports Behaviour Coach, you will work closely with students, using sports as a tool to promote positive behaviour, teamwork, and resilience. You will support students who may face behavioural challenges, encouraging them to develop self-discipline, confidence, and motivation through structured physical activities.


The ideal Sports Behaviour Coach will have a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and a passion for supporting young people. You should be confident in leading sports-based interventions, engaging students in both group and one-to-one settings to help them reach their potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver structured sports sessions that encourage positive behaviour and personal development.
  • Support students in managing their behaviour, using sports to build self-esteem and motivation.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to integrate sports-based behaviour strategies into the school environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant staff and parents where necessary.
  • Act as a mentor and role model, promoting teamwork, discipline, and resilience.
