Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education to students.
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation of educational materials.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
- Lead and facilitate sports activities and physical education sessions.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity among students.
- Monitor and assess student progress in both academic and sports settings.
- Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or sports coach is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students in both academic and sports contexts.
- Relevant qualifications in education, sports coaching, or related fields are a plus.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
