Are you an experienced administrator with a background in a school environment? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a School Administrator.

About the Role:

As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the school, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. You will be involved in a range of tasks, from managing student records and correspondence to supporting the senior leadership team with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing student enrolments, admissions, and records.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to general enquiries.
  • Organising meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintaining filing systems and databases.
  • Assisting with payroll and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and communications for staff, students, and parents.
  • Handling sensitive information and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaising with external agencies and suppliers as required.
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as needed by the leadership team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a school or educational setting.
  • Experience using Bromcom
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
