This established company who operate within the engineering sector pride themselves on quality of service to customers. Due to a reshape they now require an Operations Manager to jump straight in and get to work on day 1 shaping the company's future. If you are up for a challenge then this position is for you, have full control of operations.

This Operations Manager Role Will Include:

* Implementing new processes within the business
* Working directly with the director
* Oversee stock processing, including prioritising workloads, parts ordering
* Reviewing current processes and adapting where needed

The Successful Operations Manager Will Have:

* Previous Operations Management experience
* Experience within engineering
* Commutable to Thaxted
