THE POSITION:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar. Youll help lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the day, from opening to closing. You will be responsible for helping manage staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. While experience in a Rosette-standard restaurant is preferable, it is not required. What matters most is a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive as part of a dynamic team.
