Sennen Education are excited to be working with an excellent Primary School in Great Eccleston who are seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a lovely Year One child.You will be required to work with them on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The school is very supportive and you would be working with a great team of people.

The role is long-term and full-time working Monday-Friday 8.30-3.30.


Role Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to a Year One student on a daily basis.

Assist with classroom activities and individual learning needs.

Support the child with their emotional and social development.

Work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement learning plans.

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in an educational setting.

Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
