Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Support Assistant to join the team.

Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Up to 28K (Depending on experience) with a profit sharing bonus after three months.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • General processing of orders, quotations, account setups and order entry.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and resolving queries via email, phone, live chat and other methods within agreed timeframes.
  • Making outbound account care calls to existing customers to offer alternative products etc.
  • Monitoring back orders and communicating lead times to customers.
  • Managing estimated delivery dates and customer expectations.
  • Processing of orders via WEB, setting up and managing ordering portal, and encouraging as many customers as possible to order via this method. Secondary methods for order processing are via e-mail/verbal.
  • Raising returns and collections.
  • Releasing orders to warehouse in a timely manner.
  • Logo setups.
  • Ensuring internal KPIs are met.
  • Any other duties as required by your Line Manager.

Skills/Attritube Required:

  • Strong organisational skills, disciplined approach, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, follow tasks through to completion, team player but able to use and work on own initiative.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Ability to get on well with colleagues and customers.
  • Effective communication skills - verbal, written and listening.
  • Desire too offer service excellence to both internal and external customers.
  • Positive attitude

Education:

  • Minimum 5 GCSE grades A-D
