Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Support Assistant to join the team.
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Up to 28K (Depending on experience) with a profit sharing bonus after three months.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- General processing of orders, quotations, account setups and order entry.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving queries via email, phone, live chat and other methods within agreed timeframes.
- Making outbound account care calls to existing customers to offer alternative products etc.
- Monitoring back orders and communicating lead times to customers.
- Managing estimated delivery dates and customer expectations.
- Processing of orders via WEB, setting up and managing ordering portal, and encouraging as many customers as possible to order via this method. Secondary methods for order processing are via e-mail/verbal.
- Raising returns and collections.
- Releasing orders to warehouse in a timely manner.
- Logo setups.
- Ensuring internal KPIs are met.
- Any other duties as required by your Line Manager.
Skills/Attritube Required:
- Strong organisational skills, disciplined approach, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, follow tasks through to completion, team player but able to use and work on own initiative.
- Must be computer literate.
- Ability to get on well with colleagues and customers.
- Effective communication skills - verbal, written and listening.
- Desire too offer service excellence to both internal and external customers.
- Positive attitude
Education:
- Minimum 5 GCSE grades A-D
