The main function of this job is to contact customers to support them with questions, review experience and ultimately ensure further business. The main function is to proactively follow up with existing customers to secure further sales and improve retention.

Responsibilities will include ensuring optimal service delivery, offering flexible and tailored solutions to clients, and offering ideas for process improvements throughout the business.

There is excellent opportunity for training, development, and progression within the business.

Key duties and responsibilities for the Client Service Coordinator:

  • Proactively contacting customers and to ensure full satisfaction and retention.
  • Managing emails and calls from existing customers, dealing with enquiries and forwarding on to relevant team members.
  • Following up and keeping in touch with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Acting as a point of contact for any customer queries
  • Provide exceptional service levels, transparency and a highly professional point of contact.
  • Dealing with technical enquiries and helping to process quotations.
  • Use internal invoicing and CRM systems.

Key experience and skills required for the Client Service Coordinator:

  • Confident telephone manner and happy dealing with clients.
  • Background in construction industry highly advantageous but not required.
  • Strong work ethic with great people skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Confidence to learn and develop through continuous on-the-job training.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and attention to detail.
