About the Company:
Our client is a family-run transport company experiencing significant growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Traffic Planner to join the team in Malvern. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Traffic Planning: Manage and optimise routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Compliance: Ensure all planning and operations comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any delivery or transport-related issues that may arise.
  • Customer and Supplier Liaison: Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaboration with Depots: Work closely with other depots to coordinate routes and schedules effectively.
  • Late Delivery Reduction: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce late deliveries.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Document Verification: Check and verify necessary documents related to deliveries and compliance.

Package:

  • Salary: £28,800 to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Holiday: 20 days per year
  • Overtime: Available
