Urgently required this newly created Finance Business Partneris required to join the Finance Department with a focus on supporting a manufacturing division. The position involves delivering detailed financial analysis, reporting, and strategic business partnering to drive operational success.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Delivering timely and accurate management and financial information.
  • Preparing monthly management packs, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Managing statutory account packs, including reconciliations, journals, and ledger closings.
  • Undertaking due diligence on new external accounts.
  • Generating cash flow insights, KPIs, and forecasting to support business objectives.
  • Conducting commercial analysis to inform critical decisions and improve controls.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders and attending operational meetings as a finance representative.
  • Overseeing external supplier invoices and supporting group insurance processes.

The ideal candidate will be:
  • A finalist / newly qualified accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA )
  • Strong financial and management accounting expertise, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
  • The ability to provide commercial insights and challenge business decisions effectively.
