Responsibilities:
Process Automation:
- Work with vendors to define requirements for implementing functionalities to automate company tasks (e.g., new employee registration).
- Manage and maintain a centralized tool for all Project management and Company administration tasks, including:
- Employee details management
- Access control
- Asset management (including Sage database)
- Issue ticketing system.
- Training portal management (including login details)
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Experience troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues (laptops, printers, scanners).
- Proficiency in IT administration tasks, including:
- User account management
- Access control and permissions
- System configuration and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
