P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently recruiting for a PA to Managing Partner to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Managing Partner with diary management.
  • Managing correspondence on behalf of the Partner and actioning appropriate requests.
  • Managing key internal and external relationships with clients of the business when required
  • Responsibility for clearing dedicated tasks, i.e. formal minutes/verbal requests of Managing Partner.
  • Perform and coordinate routine and/or specialised work, including customary duties expected of a PA.
  • Acting upon business communications with efficiency.
  • Working alongside the Administration team to assist with both the team’s and departments workflow.
  • Completing meeting minutes, producing reports, and conducting research.
  • Secretarial business duties as required - collating partner data/events etc.

Person specification:

  • Prior experience of report management is preferred.
  • IT proficient with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Able to use own initiative.
  • PA and personal skills required - i.e. task management/prioritisation/able to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales.
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Taking pride in your attention to detail.
  • Experienced in dealing with both personal and confidential information.

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Annual salary reviews.
  • Shutdown at Christmas.
