I’m delighted to represent my client who are seeking an individual to join their team in Great Yarmouth. Following a period of significant growth, they are keen to continue this momentum and are seeking a skilled sales professional to help drive their success forward.This role offers the opportunity to lead and support the Internal Sales and Customer Services team, ensuring strong performance and continued business expansion. If you’re a motivated and strategic sales leader, this could be the perfect next step in your career. Duties will include:
  • Leading and developing the sales and customer service team, working alongside the sales manager to set performance targets, identify coaching and mentoring opportunities, and cultivate a motivated and positive work environment.
  • Running regular sales meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are aligned with business goals and continuously improving.
  • Collaborating with the sales manager to shape and implement sales strategies, driving growth through customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and acting as their key point of contact.
  • Tracking sales performance, analysing trends, and producing reports to monitor progress and identify key insights.
  • Ensuring CRM systems and procedures are followed in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Actively involved in all aspects of pricing and costings.
  • Identifying areas for operational improvement and efficiency.
  • Managing and reporting KPIs to the sales manager.
The successful Sales Team Leader will have experience in the following:
  • A background in customer account management with a strong commercial awareness.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and support a team.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Competence in using IT systems to streamline processes and support decision-making.
  • A data-driven, results-focused approach with a determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-moving, dynamic work environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
