P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking aSales/Business Development Professional to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time permanent basis.

Role Summary:

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious candidate that has aspirations of working in a creative sales environment looking to join a dynamic team with an impressive product offering. The company is seeking a self-starter who is looking for a career in sales with a thirst for ongoing learning, training and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own portfolio of clients across wide and varied industry sectors.
  • Building trust with customers through all communication channels.
  • Manage & organise all incoming enquiries as well as self-generating your own sales pipeline.
  • Present solutions, book & deliver presentations/meetings with prospective clients.
  • Professional brand ambassador for the organisation at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree qualified (desired).
  • Have excellent communication skills and possess an excellent level of written and spoken English.
  • Possess self-drive/motivation, career ambition and professionalism.
  • Candidates that are highly driven, have a strong work ethic and high-level career aspirations are urged to apply.
  • A desire to work in B2B sales is essential and an interest in interior design would be helpful.

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • The opportunity exists for hybrid/remote working with regular office-based days.
  • First year with unlimited earning potential.
  • Pension, Mobile, Laptop.
  • An initial holiday allowance of 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
  • An additional 1 day will be accrued each year for first 5 years - to 30 days/year, thereafter an additional half a day each year with no upper limit.
