This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with 1-2 years’ experience looking to take the next step in their career, with clear progression pathways and full support toward professional accreditation (ICE or IStructE).About the Role:You will play a hands-on role in the structural design process, working closely with senior engineers and directors to deliver innovative and effective design solutions. This role offers exposure to a variety of projects, allowing you to further develop your technical skills across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare structural design calculations by hand and through engineering software
  • Design in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
  • Create project drawings and specifications using AutoCAD (experience with 3D modelling is beneficial)
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on delivering project outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng, BEng, BSc)
  • 1-2 years’ structural design experience within a consultancy environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own transport
