Hales Group are thrilled to be representing our client who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the business with the implementation of a new product. Key responsibilities of Project Manager;
  • Oversee the project management, communications, costs, and timeline.
  • Coordinate external supply contractors alongside the supply chain team.
  • Develop onboarding schedules, cost analysis, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor site and production readiness for successful implementation.
  • Ensure cost control, on-time delivery, and risk management.
  • Facilitate meetings, document actions, and distribute updates to the team.
  • Maintain accurate budget tracking.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of updates and progress.
  • Observe and comply with Health and Safety Regulations.
 The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following:
  • Strong experience in project management ideally within manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage project timing and costs effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software.
  • Results-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
