  • Ensuring vans are properly stocked before leaving base on a Monday morning
  • Assisting with getting the products to the working area once arrived on site, this includes all tools and equipment
  • Assisting with the installation of all products in a competent manner and following a method statement if applicable
  • Ensuring all battery powered tools are fully charged
  • Keep working area clean and tidy
  • Cleaning down of the installed product
  • Assisting in all aspects of the installation whilst learning from the lead installer
  • Taking photographs of the completed installation
  • Make a note of any products that's been returned, reason why and job number so this can be dealt with accordingly
  • Assist the lead installer when maneuvering the van, i.e reversing
  • Report any accidents or damage to the van directly to Chief Administrative Officer (Karen Nelmes)
  • Ensure that the van is clean and presentable at all times
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and any additional notes made
  • Phone clients to let them know an estimated arrival time
  • Assist with any other duties that may be required from time to time
