Our prestigious client is Seeking a Care Home Manager with a proven track record, drive and direction. A Care Home Manager who is able to orchestrate the daily operations whilst maintaining our clients outstanding quality of care.

NMC registered nurse (preferable but not essential)

As Care Home Manager you will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Desirable skills:

Do you possess

  • Previous experience as a Care Home Manager

  • Full knowledge of cqc standards

  • Private sector experience

  • The ability to provide leadership

  • The foresight to manage and mitigate risk Factors

  • Relationship building skills

  • Experience in the Monitoring of performance and implementing necessary changes

  • A Passion for care
