Join our vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Caister on Sea, dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching environment for our students. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Admin Temp to join our team for a temporary period.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the school office.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Assist with student records and data entry.
  • Manage appointments and schedules.
  • Support the coordination of school events and activities.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and mailing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to the school’s values.
