Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of daily transport operations.
- Maintain accurate transport documentation, including delivery notes and invoices.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support the transport team with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any transport-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage office supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in transport administration or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transport management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
