This role will be working predominantly with permanent placements within the Manufacturing / Engineering industry, but the right candidate must have the ability to adapt to other industries and temporary placements.

Responsible for contributing to the development and growth of the division through predominantly new business sales, your role will include:

  • Implementing and developing strategies to win new business.
  • Securing and developing existing business, including negotiating Terms.
  • Increasing the client base through networking.
  • Developing an excellent understanding of clients, their industry, their work culture, and environment, ideally through face-to-face meetings.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that levels of satisfaction amongst all clients are exceeded.
  • Candidate resourcing and management.
  • Speaking with candidates to generate business leads.

Working Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am-16:30pm, Fri 8:30am-16:00pm
