Commercial Manager (Maintenance)

Our client is a 50m turnover business that's currently seeking a Commercial Manager. They operate within the maintenance sector of the construction industry, completing works for their clients that range across; planned / reactive, small works and PPMs.
This is also an excellent opportunity for a Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor who's seeking to progress into leading a commercial team, asyou will also be supported by the Commercial Director.
The successful candidate will have vast experience working within the maintenance sectorin a senior commercial role, with an ambition to push the company and themselvesfurther.

Requirements:
- Degree / HNC in Quantity SurveyingOR 5+ years experience within Senior QS / Commercial Manager role (essential)
- Experienced working within the maintenance / social housing / property services sector (essential)
- Use of systems such as; 4PS or JobLogic (desirable)
- Full UK driving license
