A brilliant Creative & experiential agency, who work with leading names in sports and lifestyle, are looking for a Business Development Director to join their team.

What's the role?

Building and Maintaining a strong new business pipeline and managing a small team across new business and marketing, key responsibilities include:

- Proactive targeting of prospective clients
- Line manage the New Business Manager and Junior Marketing Manager
- Manage lead generation, strategy and planning meetings
- Keep track of new business expenditure against budget
- Act as the main POC for all inbound and outbound new business efforts
- Ensure all Marketing output matches and compliments new business strategies

Who is their ideal candidate?

Their ideal Candidate will have previous leadership experience, and a proven track record of successfully winning new business.
You will be eager to champion an agency, and will be pro active and flexible in your approach to working and managing multiple outputs.
