Position Overview:As a Credit Control Administrator, you will play an integral role in supporting the credit control team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process banking and allocate daily payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage the shared mailbox, ensuring prompt responses to invoice copy requests and general inquiries.
  • Track unallocated cash balances and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
  • Accurately post canteen invoices in a timely manner.
  • Assist credit controllers with portal reconciliations and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Able to work in the office 5 days per week
