We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Controlling Manager to join a global confectionery business, to play a crucial role in Planning & Controlling at a regional level. You focus on supply chain costs, investment decisions, and the impact of stock management on cash flow to advise Supply Chain Procurement on improvement actions.

Success in this position requires a logical thinker with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a ability to work effectively across various departments to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key Business Partners to manage and forecast OPEX (Supply Chain costs), ensuring everything aligns with strategic guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth monthly analyses of both Industrial and Commercial Supply Chain costs, helping identify critical trends and deviations that will inform high-impact business decisions.
  • Responsible for monitoring monthly actuals vs. target KPIs such as service levels and freshness, driving performance improvements across the organization.
  • Take charge of planning and budgeting for stock value, performing variance analyses, and monitoring the impact of stock on regional cash flow.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a controlling role within FMCG or Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Comfortable in a complex, matrix organisation with defined processes.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on delivering results on time.
  • ACCA / ACA / QBE is preferred.
