JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator
LOCATION: Greenhithe (You must have access to your own vehicle or be able to commute to start at 6.00am)
SALARY: 25,000 per annum // 13.73 per hour whilst temping

HOURS: 35 hours per week

Week 1: 6.00am start - 2.00pm finish (1 hour lunch break)

Week 2: 10.00am start - 6.00pm finish (1 hour lunch break)

*(these hours are non-negotiable so please only apply if you can commit to these hours on a rotating 2 week shift pattern)*

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring schedules are organised
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Undertake general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Uphold a high level of customer service, professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service or Administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • High level of professionalism and adaptability
