As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for both new and existing business development, driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the UK and international markets.
  • Use Salesforce and Shopify data to inform sales decisions, target new markets, and drive engagement.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Create structured yearly and 6-month sales plans, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.
Sales Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of one Sales Manager and two Administrative Assistants.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans to ensure team growth and sales effectiveness.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring goals are met while providing guidance and support.
  • Manage and prioritise business development tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and workload is optimised.
  • Oversee Salesforce and CRM system usage, ensuring client interactions are tracked and managed effectively.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, providing product updates and gathering feedback.
  • Oversee showroom events and create engagement opportunities through customer invitations.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
Trade Shows & Industry Engagement
  • Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up strategy for trade shows, ensuring ROI through brand awareness and sales.
  • Research and determine strategic trade show investments, including identifying potential collaborations and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand the business pipeline.
Sales Operations & Process Optimisation
  • Structure and evaluate sales campaigns, creating actionable plans to improve sales performance.
  • Optimize CRM data quality and sales processes to ensure efficient lead generation and client engagement.
  • Develop and implement client satisfaction surveys and use feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies to safeguard client data and business integrity.
Product Development & Market Expansion
  • Collaborate with the product team on new product development, leveraging sales insights to identify market gaps.
  • Support the sales team in creating tailored proposals for key clients, managing negotiations, and customizing offerings.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams to inform new product launches and market positioning.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in leading a sales team and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in both B2B and B2C sales, with an understanding of varying market demands.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce, CRM tools, and sales analytics to guide strategy.
  • Experience in organizing and managing trade shows, events, and industry networking.
  • Strong leadership abilities to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and team management.
