Job Title: Multi Skilled Trader

Rate: 17.25 per hour (Self-employed/CIS)
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected depot based in Dartford for a Multi Skilled Trader to support day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is versatile, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining high standards across site facilities and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
General labouring duties including painting, basic repairs, and general housekeeping
Maintain depot cleanliness and complete minor running repairs as needed
Assist with booking transport/couriers and managing deliveries into the depot
Liaise with workshop staff, delivery drivers, and greet visitors professionally
Load and unload vehicles using appropriate plant (if qualified)
Follow site safety protocols and demonstrate initiative in daily tasks
Requirements:
Experience in a similar multi-skilled, depot-based role
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Strong awareness of health & safety and ability to work independently
CPCS A16 Industrial Fork Truck / Counterbalance (desirable)
Valid CSCS General Operative card
Completion of Ops HSE Touchscreen Test
