Workshop Engineer required. Our client is one of the largest hire businesses of Robotic Demolition machines and attachments in the UK. They are now looking for a Workshop Engineer based in their Dartford branch due to the growth of the business.
Successful candidates will service and repair robotics such as Electro-Hydraulic Demolition Robots, plant such as excavators between 0.5T- 4T and generators between 50KVA- 100KVA. Candidates may be required for occassional breakdowns.
Workshop Engineer Position Overview
- Servicing and repairing generators, plant machinery, hydraulic breakers and robotics.
- Testing of new machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
- Performing routine maintenance and customer support.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faults.
- Completing detailed job reports and maintaining service records.
- Communicating clearly regarding equipment issues and repairs.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing an excellent level of service.
Workshop Engineer Position Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
Workshop Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary: £35,000- £40,000
- Working hours: 6:30am- 5pm
- Holiday Package: 20 + 8BH
- Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
- Overtime available
