  • Previous experience should include routine maintenance and repairs of various electronic and technology equipment, as well as practical servicing experience with computer and logic control systems.
  • The role offers a pay rate of £19.50 per hour during the probation period, increasing to £22.73 per hour upon successful completion.

NRL are currently recruiting Maintenance Technicians for a role based in Dartford, Kent.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration:Initial 3 month probation with a view to go permanent

Requirements:
  • CSCS
  • MEWPS
  • Confined Spaces
  • Recognised Electronic or Technology qualifications or apprenticeship
  • IT literate
Previous Experience Required:
  • Routine maintenance and repairs to a wide range of electronics / technology equipment
  • Practical maintenance or servicing experience with a wide knowledge of computer / logic control systems
  • Fault finding using schematic drawings
  • Electronics Engineer experience from a commercial background
Job Spec:
  • To be conversant with a range of electronic / technology equipment including CCTV, incident detection, radio rebroadcast, telephone networks, fire alarm systems, air monitoring etc.
  • Repair and maintenance of traffic safety systems including sensors, barriers and traffic signals.
  • To complete any records as required, including daily worksheets, and maintenance report sheets
  • To read drawings and carry out fault finding and repairs without supervision
  • Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety requirements are met and safe working practices are adopted at all times.
Working Hours:
2 days, 2 nights, 4 off (12 hour shifts) 6-6 rotational

Rates of Pay:
19.50 an hour within probation period
Increase to 22.73 an hour once probation is passed
