Are you a CRM Manager with a background working with D2C ecommerce businesses, you will work local to the Cambridge train station in a newly build co working space, this company offer a great salary of up to £48,000 and further additional benefits such as, 2 weeks working from anywhere and an on-site gym. You will support the business through a period of growth and a recent acquisition, leading efforts in transforming customers into brand advocates, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for their subscription customers while enhancing direct-to-consumer excellence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead customer loyalty strategies.
  • Champion retention initiatives across teams.
  • Develop and manage the CRM strategy and budget.
  • Lead data-driven insights to personalise communication.
  • Collaborate to enhance the customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in CRM and email marketing.
  • Expert understanding and hands-on experience of managing CRM platforms, marketing automation and multi-audience communications essential.
  • Experience of database management, database mining, list segmentation and contact targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management abilities.
  • Passionate about customer-centric communications.
