Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilising basic maths skills for transactions.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Experience
- Previous cocktail bartending experience is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous to maintain health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers.
- A genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional service within the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurant settings.
