Job Overview

We are seeking a Bartender to join our clients vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for the guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilising basic maths skills for transactions.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Experience

  • Previous cocktail bartending experience is essential.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous to maintain health regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers.
  • A genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional service within the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurant settings.
