We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a local Sawmill and be part of a strong team looking to grow over the next year.
Job Responsibilities
- This will be a hands on role very shop floor based leading the Production facility
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements
- Ensure all products are produced effectively and efficiently as well as maintaining quality standards.
- Be accountable for the finished product
- Attend daily Production meetings where targets are made clear
- Carry out inductions for new starters
About you:
- Have a good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Possess good team leading skills with a proven track record
- Good communicator
- A strong personality and have managed people before.
- If you are from a factory or warehouse background and want to work in a different environment this could be a good change for you
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 06.30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday
- 06.30 to 12.30 Friday
- 44 hours per week plus overtime available from time to time
