- Oversee the financial reporting for the group, ensuring that policies and procedures are complied with and records maintained
- Review and consolidate monthly management accounts including commentary and preparation of board pack for 10 sites
- Produce division KPI’s, capital reporting and management accounts pack
- Forecasting, annual budgets and business planning
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team of 12
- Responsible of overseeing all statutory accounting, year end accounts, tax and audit
- Develop and drive business improvement projects, including partnering the MD and Head of Business
- Ensure consistency of controls, reporting and processes across the group
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong accounting knowledge including UK GAAP & management accounting principles
- IT Literate including Excel, DMS and accounting systems
- Experience with motor industry is desirable
